The company Outotec GmbH from Oberursel, Germany issued a purchase order to STUENKEL s.r.o. for joining the commissioning team of the sulphuric acid plant at Maaden Phosphate Company in Ras al Khair, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, from June till August 2011.

With a total production of 13,500 tonnes per day of sulphuric acid the new plant complex is the largest sulphuric acid production complex ever built in the world.

The total cost of the three sulphuric acid plants is USD 495 MM.
